Barbs challenge at MACABRE MONDAYS..... is TRUEBIE OR NOT TRUEBIE..... but as i have never seen (or read) any of the True blood series i made up my own!
I used a faerie stamp from De stampelwinkel and altered her a bit and made her into a Vampire.
I stamped some green card with an Elusive images stamp.... and distressed it with red ink. I coloured my image with water colours, cut her out and pasted her to the green card. I stuck some black lace and red sequins down the left side and matted it onto black then red card, then onto a black card base. I added black and red net to the right hand side and really distressed it!
The dripping blood is fabric paint.... because it drips sooooooooooo nice!
Thanks for visiting love lynx

  1. Me neither! Nor the Twilight stuff everyone is going on about. Bit too teegange angst for me! Much prefer something a bit more dark and butch, now if the vampyre were Hugh Jackman. . .!!
Loving your card hun. That drippy fabric paint just sets it off to a tee, fabby!!
Hope things are settling down for you hun.
    Teri xx

  2. I love the fabric paint! What a great idea! I haven't seen or read the True Blood stuff yet either... but I think you made an awesome card!

  3. OOOh she looks great as a vampire! LOVE the drips! xxD

  4. Beautiful!! Love the blood drip... great tip about using fabric paint! Another fabulous creation :) Thanks so much for playing along with Macabre Monday!

  5. The blood is sooo good! Great card yet again!

  6. Great job--esp since you haven't seen it. The series is very adult and the books are kinda funny. Very un-Twilight.

  7. Wow! Fabulous. I love the way you colored her, the embellishments, and that drippy paint.
