With the closure of Smeared ink at the begining of the year,
the fb group ceased to be the Smeared and smudged group...
we changed the name to FAMILY OF MACABRE STAMPERS...
changed a few rules.... and forgot about the blog hops!
BUT....
we're back with a members hop every month....

My offering isn't macabre in the slightest...
don't really know what happened...
other than I found hidden in a long forgotten drawer loads of stamps I'd brought and never used.
I stripped an old board book of the girls.....
....and did the 1st two pages....
I stamped and masked loads of the 'Sweetpea' stamps i found...
to make a collage of faces,
I kept the colours limited....
..... and stamped the other page with lots of 'good' words.
I used some great grungy stamps too.
Sorry my project is not macabre....
i'll try harder next month!

ReplyDeleteYour offering may not be intentionally macabre, but the collage of faces brought images of the unwilling victims of those old vampire movies...it is surprising how dark thoughts can rise so quickly lol :D XXX
ReplyDeleteWoWza !! That is fabulous BD - the images are wonderful and your colouring is divine. ! You say it's not macabre but I think all those ladies look a little bit 'trapped' in there like a crazy mirror !!! :-)
