                           IKEsWORLD CHALLENGES
BLACK DRAGON you are here.
So sorry I cant get a better picture of this... it looks so much better in real life.
Its so dark and yucky here with the hale and snow that using a flash is just draining the colours....
honestly the background has a watery effect to it.
Suppose it serves me right for not doing it really dark as i usually do.
These are my favourites out of this collection.... with the jelly fish and octopus being number #1 and #2
although i adore sea horses. I fussy cut all the images except the jelly fish with i used as the background.
I coloured the whole lot with water colours ..... which i think was a mistake as they are just not vibrant enough for photographing SORRY.
Now off you hop to GINNY who will have a wonderful project to show you.

  5. Blackdragon - these are some of the nicest colors of sealife I have seen in magazines. They are romantic, soft, friendly and not the way movies make them. The colors are so integrated and blended just the way they are in real life. I hear you think it was a boo boo but honey, to the outsider looking in - it is outstanding! This is photographic mistake brilliance! I so wish you will take another look another day... I love how they are swimming together and look so beautiful and so serene. Just like they are rolling with the waves with no bad energy at all - just how I see sealife. To me, you have captured the true essence of these marvels...my heart resonates completely with what I see. I hope you don't mind, but I am putting this as my desktop background. (let me know if that isn't ok) x

  7. p.s. when you enlarge the photo, it is so cute to see the sea horses nose and back beyond the frame and are you totally touched to be able to cut around these images? Holy Smackers...I'd be cutting everything in sight before I finished one!!!! x

  9. Oh I just love this, could melt away into the image you have created and go on an underwater journey with these beauties. Hear you re the photography, have you thought of a light box with a couple of lights on the outside instead of using the flash on the camera. The Lightbox has been my godsend so many time in the past and think they have some cheap ones on Amazon which are collapsable so when not in use don't take up any room. Your colouring is amazing, so much attention to detail, a cracking creation :) :) Big hugs hunny and thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such a lovely comment :) xxxxx
