31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN #5 DAY #1


Welcome to day #1 of the 31 days of Halloween hosted by

I have the honour of making Octobers calender for DE-STEMPELWINKEL.... if you're hopping you see the whole project when you get to DE-STEMPELWINKEL DT BLOG.
This is door #1
Inside door #1.... who else but Mr Poe.... this is my 4th time doing 31 days and i make Poe my 1st piece.... sort of like a tradition thing :) On the picture below you can see some of the other doors.... i shall be honest.... NOT all have anything behind them yet..... but they will have by the time they need to be opened.
The appartures are ATC size and about 1 inch deep.
This is the top.... a much larger space for Halloween .
Now today is also the start of the new challenge at ALTERED ECLECTICS, please go check out the challenge....its anything ALTERED.
so i have altered a candle holder and some cheapo plastic skulls.... 
I added little clay skulls to the holder and gave it a new paint job, the plastic skulls got lots of paint applied to get rid of the gaudy paint they had on them.... they'll be used later in the month on a project i'm sure.

Finally we at HDH are also celebrating the run up to HALLOWEEN..... taking part in the 
today we have a montage of projects the minions have made recently including my inverted cross complete with skeleton. Remember to check out the blog regularly.... you'll be in for a MACABRE TREAT.

      Accidently hit publish too soon on my comment!! Need more coffee. Okay original comment was AWESOME awesome calendar. The texture and coloring are great and I love all the spiders everywhere. Poe and death candle are a great way to start 31 days. Can't wait to open each door.
      Holder and skulls are looking spooky with the new make over and looking forward to see what they will become.

    More masterpieces from the craftiest Dragon I know! That calendar is spectacular! I am instantly inspired to break out my tray and have a go, but don't hold me to it. That's a TON of work! Loving that candle holder, too! It's time I got busy, I guess....
