SMUDGY ANTICS and MACABRE MONDAY

We have a fun challenge for you this week at SMUDGY ANTICS.
We hope you are up for the task at hand. This week we want you to get creative with your stamps and ALTER SOMETHING. Your stamps get tired of being placed on cards. Give them a new home! Find inspiration around you and alter an object of some sort. The more obscure the better..... we at SMUDGY ANTICS love to be different. So what do you think to my POE shoes? Stamps are from SMEARED INK,QUOTH THE RAVEN, stamped onto tissue paper .... i used GOLDEN GEL MEDIUM so that the shoes can be worn..... i dont think it would be a good idea to go through puddles in them.....
....but they should be ok for normal wear. If wearing POE shoes can be called normal.

I hope you'll find time to join us this week.... ALTER SOMETHING!
I shall enter the following challenges....

http://simonsaysstampandshow.blogspot.com/ ANYTHING GOES
http://papersundaes.blogspot.com/ FEMININE FLAIR.... what could be more girly than shoes?

http://craftycatzweeklychallenge.blogspot.com/ MOTHERS DAY/FOR A SPECIAL LADY.... these are for a special lady.

http://divasbydesignchallenge.blogspot.com/ FAVOURITE THINGS....POE and shoes!

Now as its monday it has to be .....
We have a new challenge starting today and the theme is...........

"Evil Empire"

You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based art piece
based upon a infamous Disney villain.
This was a hard challenge for me.... cartoon characters not being high on my list of favourite things...... but i did like PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN.... So i made a boys birthday card using DAVY JONES..... and the skull logo. Images are from the internet and copyright to Disney..... i added stamped corners and sentiment. My collaged piece is matted onto black/glitter and dark green card.
I hope you'll join us for out challenge this week.
I shall enter the following challenges.....
http://birthdaysundaes.blogspot.com/ BIRTHDAY SENTIMENT/USE GREEN.
http://herecometheboysblogchallenge.blogspot.com/ SUPER HERO/CARTOON/COMIC BOOK HERO..... not quite the hero but i always preferred the villain...so does my nephew!
Thanks for visiting me.... i hope you'll join us at SMUDGY ANTICS and MACABRE MONDAY this week. love lynx
