MACABRE MONDAY

HEY!!!! Its monday and i'm actually posting MACABRE MONDAYS new challenge!
... your challenge this week: is................

"Alas, poor Yorick!"

You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based skullified project in a suitably macabre fashion.
Skulls, skulls, and more skulls!
Images, papers, embellishments, fragments!
Use 'em if you've got 'em!

We are being sponsored this week by our own CREEPY GLOWBUGG.... $20 to spend in her ETSY STORE..... COFFIN EARRINGS!! CREEPY CUTE AT ITS BEST!

Heres what i came up with this week.... 2 pendants/necklaces.
The pendants have stamped images, coloured with promarkers, that i have mounted into reclaimed mounts... and then glazed with diamond glaze.

Just incase you're wondering..... i cracked the glaze on both to make 'em look 'old'.... when i dont want to crack my glaze it happens easily... with these... especially the adult skull... i actually had to hit it with a hammer!

Both necklaces are made using lovely vintage green glass beads,& olde gold coloured chain.

I hope you can join us this week.... SKULLS ARE ONE OF MY FAVOURITES!

I shall also enter these necklaces into the following challenges.... most of them being GREEN...... SO HOPEFULLY THEY'LL BE ACCEPTABLE.

http://shellysimagesblog.blogspot.com/ GREEN ....as above

http://sassystudiodesigns.blogspot.com/ RECYCLING ....vintage beads/chain and mounts all reused.

http://stampinsanity.com/ POP OF GREEN..... i hope the background of the adult skull 'pops'.

http://meljensdesignsdt.blogspot.com/ GREEN.... as above

http://ecpchallenges.blogspot.com/ GREEN....and again

http://raisethebarchallenge.blogspot.com/ G.R.E.E.N..... Golden chain, Rondelles, Emerald beads, Eco-friendly and Necklace..... i had other words to fit but didnt want to offend anyone!
Thanks for visiting me today.... hope you can join in with us at MACABRE MONDAYS....
