The challenge at 'stampin for the weekend' this week is 'ALTER SOMETHING'.
I had this lovely little wooden box just sitting waiting for me to do something with it... and a friend staying who has nowhere to put the 'junk' out of his pockets at night so i made this.
I painted the box with ivory acrylic paint, then stamped directly on it it. I coloured the images with chalk and metallic pencils, i inked the edges and covered the sides of the lid with very thin cork as i figure this is the bit that will wear most.
All the stamps used are from TANDA STAMPS.
