SMUDGY ANTICS NEW CHALLENGE and DE-STEMPELWINKEL

Welcome back for another fortnight challenge with SMUDGY ANTICS!

For this challenge we want to see how you ladies and gents can incorporate DRIPPING into your projects.  The more creative and out of the box the better!  We want to see how far you can take this challenge.   The more imaginative, the better your chances of a win. 
If you have no clue what to do, you may use any medium that drips (faux blood, water colors, paints, enamels, etc).  You can use an image that has dripping on it (a zombie with dripping blood, a monster with dripping saliva, etc).  You may even use punches or die-cuts with a dripping edge.  There are so many ways to apply dripping to your projects so there is no excuse NOT to play along with us.

 My images are from SMEARED INK.... coloured with promarkers.... the ATC above has a decoupaged image.... 9 layers fussy-cut and a crackle glaze to finish. I have used paint on both ATCs as my DRIPPING element. I do hope you'll join us this fortnight.... its a nice easy challenge.

Today is also my day at DE-STEMPELWINKEL.
Another ATC..... bit of a theme here?..... folks keep telling me time is a healer.....

I have a SKULL shrine to share with you, tiny clay skull i made adorn the outside,

inside a 9x fussy cut layered skull.... dipped in my melting pot. 

 Next.... an ATC ....made using  a new RSD image only available through

the SMEARED INK RUBBER CLUB......

.... finally a T-Shirt.... for my little lily-dragon when shes older.... if her Mum and Dad will allow,

she never wore her easter dragon one..... :(

NEW CHALLENGE AT SMUDGY ANTICS, AND A FEW MORE THINGS!

Welcome back for another fortnight challenge with Smudgy Antics!

For this challenge we want to see more than just paper, glue and ink.

We want to see TEXTURE and lots of it!  We want to you guys and gals to create projects that make us want to reach through the computer screen and touch everything we see!  The more creative the better.  We love it when you guys and gals think outside of the box and make something with that extra "WOW" factor.

Of course we must address the fine print.  Although the focus of the challenge is to use TEXTURE, you must still use a stamped image (real or digi) and you must follow the rules posted on the left sidebar of the challenge blog to be in the running for a prize.  Collage sheets may be used to enhance your project, but they do NOT count as a stamped image so make sure you use a stamp of some sort in your final piece.

This is my project.... a small metal box.....with shaped sequins on it..... faux rusted, dainty chain,
silk flowers, chip board cogs, and crackle glazed butterflies..... these are from SMEARED INK.
I hope you'll join us this fortnight..... i love playing with texture.

Next is my DELICIOUS DOODLES piece ..... where the challenge is
WHITE ON WHITE
I used LOVELY LILIES from Teri, various dies and an embossing folder.
I was a bit naughty as i added matte silver to my embossed panels.... but the card really did
need it!

Saturday was the 1st of June and my turn to do the calender page at de-Stempelwinkel.
My girls came up with the idea and helped to make it. The little girl images are from de-Stempelwinkel,
the background is made using stencils and promarkers by my girls and I.

DOMINOART has a challenge running at the moment thats ALTER ANY GAMES PIECE(S),
i altered one of the wooden jigsaws my girls threw out. I used various ALICE images from Non-sequitur,
coloured with promarkers.
You have another couple of weeks to join us...... altering something thats headed for the bin is
such a good thing to do..... i love salvaging stuff.

This is what it started out as.... rather a nice....if boring horse.
